Does work but will take years not days,

I bought one of these about a year ago and with regular attacks on my legs I now have a permanently bald patch on both shins. So I'm sure it does work eventually. But, it zaps one hair at a time - with an annoying bleep bleep bleep bleep, and the hair doesn't fall out immediately so it isn't easy to tell if it is working at all!

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Its not powerful enough to have any effect what so ever and it involves too much faffing around, aiming the tiny red light at the hair.
I don't normally write reviews but don't want anyone else to waste their money on such a useless product!

I bought this item 11 months ago and have been zapping away at hairs on my fingers toes and lip EVERY 2 WEEKS! The hairs are exactly the same as they were a year ago so either my machine is not working properly or is due to the fact that u have to aim the laser at exactly the right angle which is very difficult. The hair seems to burn as im zapping away but grow back within 2 days so it DOES NOT WORK! I am considering buying their new machine as it does patches of hair rather then one at a time but this machine is a waste of time, dont even consider it!

When i received this product as a birthday gift, i was most impressed with the instructions you got with the product very clear and easy to understand on how to use product safely, also dvd was very helpful in showing you how to use product correctley, i used this product on my upper lip and yes it does take time even to distroy a few hairs, but if you do this every other day or once a week, you will soon see results as that i have.
I have been using this product now for about 2 months on about 10 mins session and i am now seeing the results that i wanted to achieve using this product,I certainly would recommend to my friend or to any bodyelse.
