I hadn't used an epilator for many years and as I was fed up with shaving I decided to see what epilators were available. Most of the ones I looked at were mains or rechargable and as I wanted one that I could use anywhere, anytime I brought this one which uses batteries (although they are not supplied). I only received it today and as it is battery operated I was able to use it straight away. The pain was minimal and I am really pleased with the results. I would recommend this to anyone using an epilator for the first time or like me after a long time as it is quick and easy to use.

Never having used an eiplator before, I went out on a limb and bought this one. Looking back, I'm not sure I would have waisted the money. It's rather noisy and exceptionally painful! It still hurts less than waxing, but not by much.

I guess it all depends on your pain threshold, but I would rather have an electric shaver than this... or maybe a smaller one.
